Booking Coordinator [United States]
Reporting to the Director of Retreat Operations, the Booking Coordinator will manage the administrative tasks related to The Uplands’ booking process. This is a part time position averaging 10-15 hours a week.
Duties
- Implement booking processes (send invoices and relevant information to group leaders, collect and record payments, manage guest information, etc.)
- Maintain, update, and coordinate internal information and workflow systems
- Field inquiries from group leaders
Requirements
- An undergraduate degree or at least 2 years of applicable experience
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and eye to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suites
- Comfort working in a team
- Ability to coordinate across multiple projects at the same time
Preferred experience…
- Use of collaborative workflow applications and contact management databases
- Coordination of logistics for events and/or group trip management
- Prior work in the hospitality sector
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. This is a remote position, but preference will be given to those located within a reasonable driving distance to Walton, NY.
