Booking Coordinator [United States]


 

Reporting to the Director of Retreat Operations, the Booking Coordinator will manage the administrative tasks related to The Uplands’ booking process. This is a part time position averaging 10-15 hours a week.

Duties

  • Implement booking processes (send invoices and relevant information to group leaders, collect and record payments, manage guest information, etc.)
  • Maintain, update, and coordinate internal information and workflow systems
  • Field inquiries from group leaders

Requirements

  • An undergraduate degree or at least 2 years of applicable experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and eye to detail
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suites
  • Comfort working in a team
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple projects at the same time

Preferred experience…

  • Use of collaborative workflow applications and contact management databases
  • Coordination of logistics for events and/or group trip management
  • Prior work in the hospitality sector

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. This is a remote position, but preference will be given to those located within a reasonable driving distance to Walton, NY.
