Workday Data Analyst [United States]

As an experienced Workday Data Analyst, you will bring a strong analytical, and problem-solving background with an agile development mindset. The ideal resource would have multiple years of experience in working with HR departments in designing, building, configuring, and analyzing the Workday platform.

The Workday Data Analyst will gather requirements from client managers, perform needs assessment, and performs build, configuration, data, and reporting activities on the Workday platform. The analyst will combine functional, technical, and business requirements to enable our customers to reach their business and clinical outcomes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Workday HR information system in designing, building, and enhancing Workday tables, codes and creating new business processes.
• 5+ years of experience using Workday to meet business needs of HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Learning Management and other related areas
• 5+ years of experience in managing Workday platform to maintain quality and consistency of HRIS data
• Experience of performing data validation in Workday on a regular basis
• Experience of developing reports on top of Workday platform to meet various business needs
• Experience of supporting Workday system upgrades, implementations, go-lives, and post go-live technical support

Preferred Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in working with health systems in using Workday to meet healthcare HR, payroll and other processes
• 10+ years of experience in working with HR information systems
• 5+ years of experience in developing reports on top of Workday while using data from other platforms in a health system such as Finance, Operations and EMR systems
• 3+ years of experience training other team members in using Workday platform effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
