Job Description

Executes a variety of routine tasks within multiple operational systems and interacts with multiple internal partners. Duties may include functions related to data entry, archiving, monitoring, researching, and machine troubleshooting. Process home office business and coordinate middle office processes while serving as a liaison between sales associates, clearing firm, internal departments, and other applicable entities. Research exceptions and escalate issues to management as appropriate. May have the opportunity to recommend and implement developed processing improvements within production. Positions will require the ability to lift 10 lbs. bags/boxes of mail or supplies, sit for extended periods of time, and repetitive motions. Responsible for performing all assigned functions in accordance rules and regulations, and/or policies and procedures, established by the FINRA, SEC, OCC, US Bank, UBIS Compliance Department, and other applicable guidelines.

The function of this position will include establishing new account and performing maintenance on all accounts, of various registration types. Reviewing documentation provided to determine completeness and policy requirements are met. Reviewing and monitoring various daily reports. Performing a variety of clerical duties related to mail, creating, sorting, processing return mail and/or delivering mail. Order and control inventory of supplies.

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Four or more years of related work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills including the ability to identify, research and resolve difficult and complex situations
  • Proven commitment to high quality customer service
  • Ability to work well with external and internal customers
  • Good time management skills to maximize production and execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $21.39 - $28.51 - $31.36
